When I try to access the database it produces a "FILE NOT FOUND" or similar error.

This error usually results from incompatible or missing MS Access RUN FILES.

There are different versions of some MS Access run files which even though they have identical names and sizes are not backward compatibile.

To fix this problem download and install the latest version of the file 16BITRUN.ZIP from the download page.
